Concordia Hospital is a regional hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada that was founded by Russian Mennonites in 1928. It had a number of locations before settling in northeastern Winnipeg in 1965.
In 1998, Concordia Hospital built Concordia Place, a personal care home adjacent to the hospital.
In 2005, the Manitoba government made the hospital a centre of excellence in hip and knee replacements.
In 2007, Concordia Village, an assisted living facility was built across from the hospital.
